The Above Tariff Plans/Offers are subject to Guidelines/ Directions/ Orders issued by TRAI and/ or DoT.
Fastx Broadband reserves the right to modify/ withdraw the Tariff Plans without prior notice.

All mentioned speed will depend on multiple factors like time of day, number of simultaneous users, website accessed, geographical region and climatic conditions, alignment and capacity of receiving device etc. All speed to be measured till first time of aggregation as per TRAI guidelines.
Download/ Upload speed indicated is speed up to our ISP node. Broadband speed available to the Customer is maximum prescribed speed for which the Customer is entitled and Fastx Broadband does not hold out any assurance that the said speed shall be maintained at all times and the same may vary depending upon the network congestion, technical reason or any other unavoidable circumstances.
Customer Subscribed Plan will changed from their billing date via prior notice to customer care.
All Payments will be made monthly i.e. the sum of monthly rental, installation charges and deposit. Once the installation has been made and services has been activated Installation charges are not refundable.
